Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mylawnmowerspares.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special order or custom parts

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@mylawnmowerspares.co.uk.
