We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mylawnmowerspares.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Exchanges
