Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer flat rate shipping of £4.95 on all orders.

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery Estimates

  • For in-stock items, estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • If an item is on backorder or out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail service delays, strikes, or seasonal demand.
